Prototype photos
These are photos of the CAD-designed and CNC machined prototype.  As you can see, the only electrical components are the motor, an up-down toggle switch, a bridge rectifier, and power cord.  95% can be made from injection-molded plastics.  The only metal parts needed are the motor, a 1/8" x 1/2" guide strip, and a few screws.  This puts the cost of parts, assembly, and packaging at less than $8 USD, and could be made in USA to create jobs and revenue.
